A BED & BREAKFAST IN THE DESERT

Cat Mountain Lodge features eco-friendly accommodations in a vintage ranch setting. We offer 5 spacious rooms that provide Southwestern comfort mixed with modern conveniences. Two rooms are wheelchair accessible. Each room has a private bath and sitting area and opens onto a central courtyard to enjoy the fresh air & sunshine. We invite you to relax and socialize in our cozy common room with a fireplace. There is ample free parking. Breakfast or lunch at neighboring Coyote Pause Café, featuring healthy and innovative dishes, is included in our rate. The innkeeper is on-site to arrange visitor activities. Visit our resident desert tortoise "Juan Wayne" who arrived through Arizona-Sonoara Desert Museum's Desert Tortoise Adoption Program. Spencer's Observatory is just steps away from the courtyard, a sky gazer's destination to enjoy the clear, dark skies over Tucson.

Cat Mountain Lodge

Cat Mountain Lodge features green details such as Energy Star air conditioning/heating units in each room and solar powered electricity. Grey water and rain barrel harvesting is fed into the landscape's irrigation. The bed and breakfast is built from Mikey block, concrete-filled 10" soundproofed styrofoam. The lodge was built from the ground up and finished in February 2010, constructed in the territorial style of Cat Mountain Station.
